While the exact hours can vary based on the package you choose, I’m fully committed to being there as long as needed to make your day seamless and stress-free. We can discuss specific timing during our planning meetings to ensure I’m there for every important moment!

  • There will always be a lead coordinator and an assistant at your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly. The lead coordinator will handle the big-picture details and oversee the timeline, while the assistant focuses on smaller tasks and supports the team. Together, we make sure that every detail is covered, so you can relax and enjoy your special day.

  • Yes, absolutely! I offer a complimentary one-hour consultation for all inquiries. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, discuss your vision, and explore how I can best support your wedding plans. I’m here to answer any questions and help you feel confident in the planning process from the start!

  • To reserve your wedding date, a 40% deposit and signed contract are required to secure your spot on our calendar. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding. I’m happy to set up a custom payment plan with as many or as few payments as you’d like between the initial deposit and the final balance, making it flexible to fit your needs.

  • Yes! I absolutely love to travel. For locations beyond a 50-mile radius, there are additional travel fees, which we’ll review in detail during your consultation. I also offer discounted travel rates for select areas outside of Utah, including Chicago, IL, Portland/Eugene, OR, and San Antonio, TX, along with their surrounding areas.

  • Yes! I have a carefully curated list of preferred vendors, from photographers to florists and caterers. These are professionals I’ve worked with personally and trust to deliver exceptional service. I’d be happy to share their information with you to help make your planning process smoother and ensure you have a fantastic team for your big day!
